Container Depot System
Container depot system is a container tracking
system which allows the user to track container
movements in a depot. Here the actual number
of storage days of the container is automatically
calculated at gate-out. Flexible reports pertaining
to all aspects of the container including name
of a agent, particular of the agent, size of
container, number of days in depot are captured
for automated invoice generation.
DOSCH - Department of Occupation Safety
and Health
The DOSCH Department is a Govt. Dept. which
processes the applications of accidents to the
Employees submitted from various organizations.
It analysis the depth of accidents and either
rejects or submits to the SOCSO Dept. This SOCSO
Department provides monitory support to the
affected employee. The entire details of employees
accident from various firm will be stored in
the DOSCH database server. The client will have
the same details in their own Database server.
Submission of the employees accident forms are
done automatically to the DOSCH Dept through
Remote Access Service.
Management Information System.
This package consist of part of their MIS which
is the payroll maintenance of employees. This
is a project developed for using only in Malaysia
and Singapore. Employee details entry, tax,
epf, socso eligibility details according to
dependencies, bonus eligibility, holiday maintenance
employee wise, off day pay, triple day pay,
double day pay details employee wise, over time
hours pay details employee wise, generation
of pay slip every month automatically just by
choosing the month and year. Deletion of payroll
with protection (using password), loan entry
maintenance, loan payments, provision to skip
the loan payments upon request from employee,
automatic entry and stop of loan payments according
to the balance, tax table entry and maintenance
year wise with protection (using password) and
reports on the above module.
Health Care System
Patients registrations, appointment details,
visits, patients diseases details, resulting
medicines prescribed, lab details, and maintenance
of each patient lab results (if any exists).
Drug inventory (medicine purchase and sales)
entry, maintenance, keeping track of patients
number of visits etc. Room maintenance of inpatients
also maintained. Various reports are generated
according to patient details, medicine usage
etc
Stock Management System/Inventory Control
This package encompasses inventory control
(stock purchase and sales), invoice processing,
collection of over due invoices, receipting
, purchase order, maintenance of re-order level,
credit sales, maintenance of credit A/c holder
outstanding balance, dynamic creation of database
for every year.
Voucher Management
This software enables the user in managing
the vouchers in multiple companies simultaneously.
Here multiple companies can store their voucher
and bank details and retrieve them in any order
when required. Various options are provided
to generate reports based on payments made as
well as Voucher Details in a flexible and/or
summarized manner.
Payroll Version 2.0
This package is an enhancement of Management
Information System. It includes all the facilities
provided into prior version. In addition it
includes storing and flexibly retrieving employees
details of multiple companies. More reporting
options are also provided in this version.
